Planning your New Year in Dubai

Can I see the fireworks from the apartment?

Several of our Downtown homes have views of the Burj Khalifa, where the fireworks take place: The Manhattan, The Nordic, The Mayfair, The Andaman, The Coastal and The Paris. Views differ per home, so message us and we will tell you what you will see from each one.

Is there a minimum stay over New Year?

Minimum stays depend on the dates and are often longer around New Year. The calendar on each home page shows the exact number of nights before you book.

When should I arrive on 31 December?

As early as you can. Roads around Downtown Dubai usually close in the afternoon and the area gets very busy. Check-in is from 3:00 PM.

How many guests can stay?

The Manhattan, The Mayfair and The Andaman sleep up to eight, The Coastal five, and The Nordic and The Paris four. Parties and events are not allowed in any of our homes.

Can you set something up for the night?

Yes. Our signature touches, such as the Romantic Package or a breakfast set-up for New Year's Day, can be arranged on request. Ask us for pricing.
